Torysh (Valley of Balls):
It is a plateau dotted with stone balls (nodules) of various sizes and shapes. Scientists still have not come to a consensus on the origin of these balls, which makes this place attractive for tourists and researchers.
Shakpak ata:
This is an underground mosque carved into the rock. It is located on the Tyub-Karagan peninsula and is one of the most important religious monuments of Mangystau. The mosque was built between the 10th and 13th centuries and is a unique example of underground architecture.
Both sites are located in the Tupkaragan district of the Mangystau region, near the village of Tauchik, at a distance of 30 km to the northwest of it.
