In life, we often feel the desire to change the environment, try something unusual, get a new experience. The desire for change can affect your personal life, environment, daily routines, and even yoga practice. This is especially true in the warm seasons: in the fall we go out to the park to admire the bright colors and meditate, in the spring we hurry to throw off all unnecessary things, in the summer we are ready to get up early and jump out of the cramped hall of the yoga studio into the fresh air ... Now that it has finally warmed up, I want to go outside and greet the sun not in a stuffy room, but on the tender grass and accompanied by the singing of birds ... We suggest you to go to the Assy plateau - an incredibly beautiful place and a huge summer pasture (zhailau).
In ancient times, caravans of traders from Europe to China and India passed here. Nowadays, an observatory has been built in the upper part of the plateau, in which one of the world's largest telescopes is installed. In late spring and summer, the plateau offers incredible landscapes of mountainous spaces and green pastures, with herds of sheep and herds of horses grazing on them, where we will conduct our training. We will also climb up to the top of the plateau to the photo space station and have a picnic with the whole team.
